Annual Backpack Giveaway! (While supplies last)

The Hokes Foundation Annual "Back Pack Give Away” will be held August 29, 2020 at 1911 E. Alondra Blvd., Compton, CA 90221 (12PM – 4PM). Last summer, with the generous support of Walmart, we were able to purchase 200 backpacks filled with school supplies. More than 150+ community youth received a back-to-school jump-start. This year, our event is poised to attract even more families, because of our projected marketing strategies, via social media, flyers, and other platforms, which will also feature our generous sponsor(s). The HF Backpack Giveaway will prepare local low-income children and families for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. This event is important because our target families constantly struggle to make ends meet.
